Interpretation

This quote emphasizes the importance of being discerning about the information and stimuli we absorb. Just as a computer processes data based on its input, our thoughts and attitudes are shaped by what we read, watch, and listen to. By consciously selecting positive and constructive inputs, we can combat negative thinking and cultivate a healthier mental environment.
